A business coaching relationship is not for everyone, nor should it be. Coaching is only for the select few, the elite.
An ideal client wants a confidential advisor who will (1) listen deeply & help develop effective strategies to support their vision, (2) expand & challenge their current thinking, and ( 3) occasionally tell them something they don't necessarily want to hear.
I select clients very carefully. We’re probably not the right fit if you’re looking for someonw to simply execute what you’ve already decided to do.
